The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was clean. The gym was big enough. It has three elevators that are very handy for a big hotel. It has a beautiful and spacious lobby. It has a hairdresser shop in the location. The location is great, walking distance to a park, restaurants, super markets and shopping malls.

I recently stayed at *Elite World Hotel in Van*, and I had a fantastic experience. The *location* is perfect – right in the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions. The *staff* were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was one of the highlights – fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.

My family and I stayed at this hotel 1 night and then we flight to Stanbul and 7 days later we were back to van and stay at Elite world Hotel . We was so comfortable in king suite, every thing was clean and comfort and luxury. Breakfast was delicious and diversely. Pool and torkish bath was clean and perfect. If we will come to van we will back here because it was really five star hotel

The management Mustafa and the staff esp Recep were professional and helping. The atmosphere were luxurious and relaxing especially the Turkish bath.

I had a good experience at the Elite World Hotel in Istanbul, but this branch of the hotel in Van is a bit old and not well maintained, but overall it is a good hotel compared to other hotels in Van.

The hotel is very good, of high standard, and the staff is particularly nice and helpful. The reception staff, Umut and Abdullah, were very helpful. Umut is the most polite receptionist I have ever seen. Thank you for your patience.

Our stay there was nice. The staff were kind and helpful and able to speak in English as well as Persian (Farsi). Special thanks to the staff Recep (Rajab) and Mustafa and also the receptionist Süleyman.
